Matt came from Horse Creek Wildlife animal rescue in 2001, and he has been the best dog a family could hope for. Now he loves the FC as much as we do. He has wide open spaces to run and roam, and has made it his calling to mark every tree, lamp post, and twig when we go walking. He runs ahead of us so he can wade into the ponds and creek when it's hot, and he sometimes takes off into the woods after the rustle of a critter. He is loyal, and a shepherd at heart, so his number one job is keeping the family herded together, a job he takes very seriously.
