Neve, Per Favore!

This is the view from our breakfast window. The camera (at least in my hands) cannot capture the full beauty of the rolling hills or the depth of the trees, but it is simply breathtaking. In winter, with the leaves on the ground, it's easier to appreciate the terrain. One of the many wonderful things about working in Memphis but living in the FC.

Now we just need a little snow out here. It has barely gotten to freezing temperatures this winter, and it does not stay cold very long before we are back into the upper 60's! We have had plenty of rain the last couple of days--cold, pelting, and messy! The makings of an ice storm, except that it has warmed up again.

I don't want to complain when so much of the country has suffered under the snow and winter storms, many without power, but my kids have never been on a sled!

So, Hey Spokane! Go easy on the snow rage and send some snow our way.
